The platform is hosted on Scaleway SAS servers, 8 rue de la Ville-l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France. DNS resolution and abuse protection go through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Intellectual property

All the educational content (statements, solutions, illustrations, diagrams) and the source code of the platform are the exclusive property of Artix Technologies. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or reuse, even partial, for commercial purposes or not, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

The exercises may contain references to concepts, formulas or datasets from the public domain or open licenses (for example scikit-learn datasets); the use of these resources remains subject to their respective licenses.

Terms of use

By creating an account on the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Not share your account with a third party
• Not attempt to bypass the evaluation, sandbox or access control mechanisms
• Not use the platform to run malicious code, attack other systems or exfiltrate data
• Respect other users in the collaborative spaces (proof reviews, profiles, leaderboards)
• Not redistribute the platform's content without authorization

Any breach may lead to the immediate suspension of the account, without notice.

Code execution

The programming exercises run the submitted Python code on our servers, in an isolated environment (a sandbox limited in CPU, memory, network and file-system access). The submitted code is kept for educational follow-up and the detection of fraud attempts. Any attempt to escape the sandbox or to deliberately saturate resources will be considered an attack.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is", without any guarantee of availability or educational accuracy. Although the content is reviewed and tested, errors may remain; please report them via the "Report a bug" button or by email. Artix Technologies cannot be held liable for the educational, academic or competitive consequences of using the platform.

Governing law

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Artix Technologies' registered office.
